Our condo has two bedrooms, two baths with oceanfront views from the living room and master bedroom. To make it more comfortable there are 2 recliners located in the living room. We would love to share our vacation home with you. We have made every effort to make this condo a joy to visit. Maintained on a regular basis!

This is a lovely condo on the fifth floor in the centre unit of a three high-rise complex. The property is run like a hotel, and had many families with children, especially on the weekend. There are several swimming pools, hot tubs, a lazy river with inflated inner tubes, bars, restaurant, and someone to try to entice you to buy a time share. The only real downsides are that the appliances are very noisy, as is the water and you can hear the neighbours showering etc. Parking is across the street in a multi level parking garage. The first level is reserved for valet parking, and it is about the length of one to two city blocks to get to your vehicle, and this makes arriving with groceries and other purchases a bit difficult and time consuming. We appreciated that the cupboards were well stocked with dishes, baking pans, and even a slow cooker. There was dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Bring your kitchen linens though - dishcloth, teatowels, tablecloth. All in all, if this is the type of condo you are looking for, it has everything you need, the location and view are unbeatable.

Thanks so much for the review! So glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo. This resort is located at the end of Ocean Blvd. So there is virtually no traffic to cross the street to the parking deck. The parking deck is rather large to accommodate all the parking needs. There is loading/unloading parking available at the entrance to the building. Bellhops are also available to assist in any way and tipping is voluntary. As you stated the view is unbeatable. Thanks again.

Condo is a great ocean front deal!! Resort provides heated pools, all convienences and a view to die for. Spend 2 plus weeks playing golf and enjoying some great courses at very favorable prices. Loved it !!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a great time at the resort. The amenities were terrific and as described. Don't let the 18th floor scare you, the view was outstning and the elevators were always fast. They cleared the pool during a thunderstorm and we still didnt have to wait:-) condo was clean and ready early. I highly suggest a visit.

This condo has a spectacular view of the Ocean! My favorite part of our stay was leaving the sliding glass door slightly open and listening to the waves of the Ocean crashing on the beach and waking up to the most gorgeous sunrises.The condo was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and was the perfect layout for us. The resort has some great ammenties! The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative about our stay was the resorts dinning in the Blue Room... it was way over priced and the food was HORRIBLE! ( I actually did not feel well after eating there) For $40.00+ tip per couple we could of had a really nice dinner elsewhere without being nauseous. But over all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back!

Our Stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! You and your husband are truly blessed with a gorgeous home! All but Sunday the weather was spectacular! Thank you so so much for sharing your home with us! It was pure heaven and refreshing to wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the Ocean and wake up to the breath taking sunrises. I honestly did not want to leave and was kicking myself in the rear for not booking an entire week... But like the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. The condo was beautifully decorated! The warm colors and upgrades to the condo made for a wonderful and homey stay. The new La-Z-Boy recliners were espically nice. The view from the 18th floor was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrises every morning. One thing that could've been better was the cleaning of the hall bathroom upon arrival. Cozy, Cheerful Condo
Our stay at this property was magnifcent! The rooms are decorated so nicely and the colors are very cheerful. Not just your ordinary condo room. The owners have really put a lot of effort in this condo to make it so enjoyable to their visitors. Have been coming to the Baywatch for 5 years and this to me is the best seat in the house!!!

Great Views! Arrived April 27, 2012. Great views and relaxing sounds of the ocean from the 18th floor balcony. Very clean condo with beautiful coastal decor. Quick access to the beach or one of the many pools, lazy river, or hot tubs. Abundant shopping and resturants closeby. Golf, Golf, Golf!! These 4 adults on a getaway from the kids and grandkids can't wait to return!!
Great Condo! Arrived June 9, 2012. Great condo! Thanks for sharing your beach home. Nicely updated kitchen, TVs, and decor. Wasn't sure about liking being up on 18th floor, but I am glad we were. It was high enough to be able to filter out some of the pool noise, but the peaceful sound of the ocean came through nicely. Plenty of elevators too, never waited more than 1.5 minutes, and that was on Saturday when everyone was checking out. Look forward to staying here again!
This condo is wonderful! Pam arrived 6/23/2012. It is beautifully decorated, clean, relaxing, and I must say the beds are so comfortable. The owners were great about answering the questions I had before booking. The pool area was always clean with plenty of chairs for relaxing. The layout couldn't have been more perfect-the kids's room was situated so that the adults could stay up late without risking waking them up. They lovedhaving their own tv and DVD player too. The condo was on the 18th floor which meant the views were fabulous. My husband and I had been concerned about being so high up because our experience with higher floors on other vacations hadn't been positive because we spent so much time on the elevator. The Bay Watch elevators are very fast and efficient, so this was not a problem at all. We also found it amazing that while you could hear the ocean inside the condo with the doors closed, you couldn't hear the music from the beach bar or any of the other noise outside or even the neighbors! The condo also has it's own parking garage which was easily accessible. Finally, it is close to everything!!! We will definitely be back!!!
