My condominium is located on the 9th hole of the Norman course in the Havens community of Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach. With four great golf courses designed by Norman, Dye, Fazio and Love , you know the focus at Barefoot is golf but the resort also has its own beach cabana and runs a free shuttle service from your front door to the ocean which is just a short distance from the front entrance to the Resort. The Havens own pool complex is right across the street if lounging by the pool is for you!

After a full day of golfing, shopping or swimming, relax on the screened-in back patio and enjoy the cooling breezes of the evening. Enjoy the activities of the birds at the feeders in trees.

Barefoot is also a short walk to the shoppes and restaurants of Barefoot Landing and only a mile or so from Myrtle Beach Mall and the Tanger Outlet Mall on Hwy 17. The condo is on the ground floor and is fully furnished and equipped so you will feel “at home” immediately. There are comfortable sofas, Hi – def TV’s with over 125 cable channels available, wireless internet and local and long distance phone service and much more. Linen and towels are included so you really only need your personal things to feel at home.

The main bedroom has a King bed plus a computer station, a walk-in closet and full bath. The second bedroom is set up as 2 twin beds but can be combined into a King size bed if desired. Its own full bath is just outside the door. The larger sofa in the living area is also a Queen bed if needed and the smaller sofa is a comfortable two-person recliner sofa. A washer/dryer is available and a fully equipped kitchen (in case you tire of the great restaurants in the area!)

Your family pet(s) are welcome. I ask that the pet be in a program such as ADVANTAGE (no fleas please!).

I require a 50% deposit at the time you make your reservation and payment in full two weeks before arrival. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal , bank draft, or personal check. Your rental fee covers all taxes and pet and damage deposits.

The "Havens" area of Barefoot resort is well-named. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a balanced mix of townhomes, villas and condominium units. There is definite feeling of openness as the units are not crowded together and there are many park-like areas and lakes in which to relax, walk your dogs and just enjoy.
