If a valid MasterCard or VISA is not presented the guest will be required to pay a $500.00 cash security deposit. If required please allow up to four weeks for return of deposit. One half of the base rental amount is due within 5 business days of booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival datePayment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.
   
• Other Fees: 5% accommodations tax, 7% sales tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $20 minimum. Confirmed reservations are not transferable and may be cancelled by written notice. The advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Linen Rental $35 + tax per bed. Departure Maid Service $70 + tax. Linen rental and DMS must be ordered at time of booking.
