IT IS NESTLED IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL SECTION JUST TWO BLOCKS OFF THE BEACH WITH ALL THE AMENITIES SUCH AS , AIR CONDITION, WASHER/DRYER, DISHWASHER, COMPLETELY EQUIPPED KITCHEN , CABLE , AND SHEETS AND TOWELS.
RENT IS $850 PER WEEK WITH A $400 DEPOSIT FOR JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST. SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY – OFF SEASON $650 PER WEEK - $300 DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED ONE MONTH BEFORE RENTAL WEEK. WE ONLY ACCEPT CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDERS. $100 nonrefundable cleaning deposit required.
NO PETS ALLOWED WITH A LIMIT OF 6 PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY.
THE HOUSE IS LOCATED AT 9TH AVENUE SOUTH AND EDGE DRIVE ON A LOVELY WOODED CORNER LOT AND THERE ARE MANY EXITING SHOWS AND ACTIVITIES CLOSE BY NOT TO MENTION THE GREAT GOLF AND FISHING IN THE AREA.
