Palmettos is a beach house in North Myrtle Beach that is ideal for reunions, church groups and golfer retreats. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils so you can do more than just make a pot of coffee. There are 2 dining room tables and two refrigerators in this rental. Host a cookout with the grill that is provided for you. A quick trip to a seafood market means fresh fish for your next oceanfront barbecue.

WIFI access, a couple televisions and DVD players will make your stay feel as comfortable as home. The gas fireplace is a luxurious component, especially in winter.

Put your feet up as you sit in the front porch rockers. The porch swing beckons you to relax while enjoying sea breezes.

Deposits: One half of the base rental amount is due within 5 business days of booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA. No security deposit is required if the guest has a valid MasterCard or VISA on account. If a valid MasterCard or VISA is not presented the guest will be required to pay a $500.00 cash security deposit. If required please allow up to four weeks for return of deposit.

Other Fees: 13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change) Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else. The advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Linen packages - $35 + tax per bed.
