This three-story beach house is located on a breathtakingly beautiful channel that overlooks a pristine salt marsh in the beloved Cherry Grove community. Superior features include tasteful, nautical décor, a gas grill, a full kitchen with a big, happy breakfast bar, 2 balconies overlooking the marsh, WIFI, so bring your laptop.

The swimming pool features a waterfall and sundeck with tables and stools – ideal for fun with the kids. If you can bear to go inside, there are 9CCTV and 3DVD players. A washer and dryer make short work of laundry.

The Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach area have a diversity of attractions to satisfy every taste. There’s everything from surfing, boating and fishing to state parks and amusement parks and arcades. Restaurants run the gamut. Golf courses are celebrated nationwide. Shopping would satisfy even the most discriminating bargain seekers.

Deposits: One half of the base rental amount is due within 5 business days of booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA. No security deposit is required if the guest has a valid MasterCard or VISA on account. If a valid MasterCard or VISA is not presented the guest will be required to pay a $500.00 cash security deposit. If required please allow up to four weeks for return of deposit.

Other Fees: 13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change) Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else. Therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Linen packages - $35 + tax per bed.
