This fabulous ground level North Myrtle Beach vacation rental is across the street from the Beach. This beach home is an excellent choice for Golf foursomes or families looking to vacation together. Featuring a crib and changing table, Oasis welcomes even the youngest family member.

There is an upstairs and a downstairs living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and ice maker. Two patios, a sun deck and a sun room make it easy to soak up Carolina sunshine. Those addicted to their technology will appreciate 7CCTV (1-50” flat screen), 2DVDs, VCR, CD/Tape Stereo and high speed Internet access. You are sure to love the washer and dryer. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the widows walk perched atop the house.

Deposits: One half of the base rental amount is due within 5 business days of booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA. No security deposit is required if the guest has a valid MasterCard or VISA on account. If a valid MasterCard or VISA is not presented the guest will be required to pay a $500.00 cash security deposit. If required please allow up to four weeks for return of deposit.

Other Fees: 13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change) Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Linen packages - $35 + tax per bed.
