Toes in the Sand" is the perfect vacation rental for a family or golf trip as it is located in the desirable Arcadian Shores section of Myrtle Beach! This beautiful townhome has just been renovated and offers guests a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room and 1/2 bath on the first floor as well as an sunken living room with a sleeper sofa and wet bar. Please note that the fireplace is a non-working fireplace-for decor only. The sunken living room features patio doors which lead to a partially enclosed back veranda with outside seating and a view of the community outdoor swimming pool.

"Toes in the Sand" boasts two large bedrooms upstairs both featuring a queen size bed and a TV's for late night TV viewing. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms and lots of closet space, perfect for a winter rental!

"Toes in the Sand" is pet friendly allowing a dog under 30 pounds, sorry no cats allowed! "Toes in the Sand" is a non-smoking property. There are 2 designated parking spaces in front of the townhome and an overflow parking lot in the complex.

Area Information

"Toes in the Sand" is located directly across from the Arcadian Shores Golf Course and is under a mile walk to the beach! There is private beach parking for guests of "Toes in the Sand"! Also within walking distance is a pizza parlor, bar and grill, fresh seafood market, and a day spa!

Under a mile to Tanger Outlet Mall, Wal-mart, and the Myrtle Beach Mall! Just a short distance from Barefoot Landing and Alligator Adventure!
