Description of the North Palmetto Point vacation cottage rental

Canta Libre sits high atop a hill in North Palmetto Point Eleuthera in the Bahamas. There are miles of beach to walk in two directions, reefs to explore or the private pool to relax in. Go for a ride on one of the kayaks or one of the three bicycles. The house is completely air conditioned with individual units and satellite tv and DSL Internet Access.
Sit out on the top deck and watch the ocean liners cruise by or explore Eleuthera which is 120 miles long.

The pool can be heated in winter (December through March).

Area Information

The house is situate on top of a hill 300 feet from the beach (a sandy beach road runs through the property) or 200 feet from the pond. Three miles from the nearest Settlement (Palmetto Point) or five miles from Governor's Harbour or 15 miles from the airport.
The foliage is dense tropical with many "silver leaf" palm trees.
There are reefs 3 feet off the beach to snorkel on and miles and miles of sandy beach paths to walk or ride.
