New two bedroom Luxury Villa is located in North Palmetto Point at Double Bay end of Banks Road in Eleuthera Bahamas.

Spectacular view of the ocean and a Sunrise that is just beautiful. In the evening you can watch the cruise ships sail by in all there lighted glory. It is just breathtaking!!

Home is set on hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the front and only steps to beach. Deck in rear of home over looking a lake.

A kitchen that will make any Gourmet Cook right at home.

NEW!! Wi Fi Available ( one of only a few of homes offering "Hi Speed Internet" & Wi Fi on Eleuthera)

Central air conditioner, washer and dryer, weekly maid service, dishwasher, TV, DVD and VCR, CD player, games, books, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. Large outdoor deck with lounge chairs and outdoor grill provided for your use.
King size 'Simmons Pillow top" bed in Master Bedroom.
Guest Bedroom also has a King Size bed and can be made into 2 Twins if needed.
All rooms have ceiling fans and A/C.

The beach is just lovely and has great snorkeling. There is a quiet cove for children to swim and play in.

House is on a lonely road with only a few homes nearby and the beach is hardly ever used so you will be the only people on the beach most of the time.

Villa is located on a sandy beach road 2 miles form the town of North Palmetto Point.
Located on the Atlantic Ocean the property has many flowering plants,flowering trees and Palms.
