You will ENJOY YOUR PRIVACY every day in this new home located in a very quiet area nestled in woods with few neighbors in the area - yet close to everything!
Enjoy the nature, huge deck, screen-enclosed gazebo and beautiful landscaping.
The home is tastefully decorated with the entire main living area on 1st floor. You will enjoy a very large Master King Suite with access to the huge deck, private bath/jacuzzi tub/dressing room decorated w/sleigh bed and vintage furnishings. The Queen Cottage-style Bedroom can be used by those who want to relax - the room has a view of the beautiful Fox palm trees in the front yard, a spacious walk-in closet and dreamscapes player. The 3rd Bedroom has a Daybed w/trundle (turns into King-size) which is the perfect playroom for kids w/TV game hook-ups.
Activities - Practice your golf swing, soothe sore muscles in the jacuzzi tub and have a cookout with your family on the large grill/smoker.
GEORGE C. MULLEN ACTIVITY CENTER - less than 5 minutes up the street. Meet area locals and visitors alike to enjoy the exercise facilities and community events.
