View the private lake from living room, kitchen, master bedroom and lanai. Watch the tropical birds and occasional alligator frolic and do what they do naturally. House is like new with beautiful view to the rear. Upgraded appliances including microwave oven, smoothtop range, new frontloading washer and dryer. Open floorplan with open kitchen, living room and dining room. Master suite has 2 walk in closets, bathroom with huge walk in roman shower. Attached two car garage with entry into the house. Only 4 years old this was our former residence and is in a planned community. Gorgeous olympic sized swimming pool and spa, 4 har=tru tennis courts, workout room with all the equipment, billiard room, card room, basketball court, shuffleboard and large clubhouse are there for your pleasure. 3rd bedroom can be used as computer room or den and will accomodate 2 more people on air mattresses, works great for a brief stay for your guests. Color TV with VCR. This is a seasonal rental, not weekly.
Area Description
About 30 minutes to Sarasota's wonderful beaches. Closest beach is about 20 minutes away at the Gulf of Mexico. Major mall and quality restaurants are less than 15 minutes away in Port Charlotte. Fort Myers and Sarasota are both close and offer wonderful shopping and dining experiences.
