Description of the North Port vacation home rental
You will be shering place with nice, energetic, middle age woman. I can cook for you for additional price, if you need it.
Three bedroom, two bathrooms open floor house in North Port with sw.pool, clean lanai, cable big screen TV, internet, lemon and oranges trees with ready to eat fruits :)
Furniture, full bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms sets.
Small pets are ok. House available whole year.
30 minutes to Sarasota, 40 minutes to Siesta Key Beach.
Few minutes drive to I-41 and I-75 and Warm Mineral Spring Lake.
Please reserve the house by making deposit asap.
Area Description
Private setting, end of the street house has two sides with bedrooms/bathrooms separated by huge living room and kitchen.
Your part of the house has one room with TV and futon for 2 people, third bedroom has twin size bed, and folder bed can be use for additional person. Sofa in living room can be use for sleeping or not...
Clean lanai with peanut shape pool, garden with roses and fruits trees, lemon and oranges are ready to eat.
Nobody smoke here, furniture with modern design, flat 52" TV set with cable, telephone, internet.
