This one has it all. Fully furnished, newly decorated (bathrooms, kitchen newly painted and new flooring) Fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large lanai. Comes with 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, stereo, VCR, 300 CDs player with over 4500 songs. Lots of closet and cabinet space. Bedding, linens, towels, cook ware, dining ware, silver ware, cutlery, micro wave, blender, juicer, coffee maker. Dishwasher, washer, dryer.. more. Barbeque, 2 bikes.. more. This is a gated community for adults age 55 and over (spouse can be 45).No pets.
Amenities
Located at La Casa, a resident owned community. There is 24 hour gate guard service. Community includes 2 large heated pools, spas, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, library, billiard room, 8 lakes with fishing allowed, two areas of tennis courts, bocce, horse shoes, shuffle board. There are more than 25 activity clubs that you can participate in (various card clubs, boating and fishing, bowling, computer, darts, and on and on. Two boat launching ramps, club house, rec hall with seating for over 1000 where dances, entertainment, dinners, and socials are held. La Casa is maintained in exquisite condition. Close to beaches, shopping, golfing, medical services and houses of worship.
Monthly Rental Rate January, February and March $ 1,875 per monrh. Other months $975.This inludes utilities, cablevision and unlimited local phone service.
Area Information

It feels like Paradise!

La Casa is probably the nicest community in North Port. We are renting since July 1st and we will be there until we close on a home in this area very soon. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. Neighbors are very friendly and the amenities are awesome. There are two pools that are kept very clean and two centers for activities such as bingo, dances, etc. We are loving our stay at La Casa and we highly recommend it. The owner of our property (John) has been very nice, he and his wife take great care of it. They own another house at La Casa and live there year round. There are several lakes and if you like to ride your bike or walk it is the perfect place.

Home Away From Home

We loved La Casa! The place is clean, safe & secure, well appointed, peaceful, meticulously maintained, beautiful, convenient to most things, walk-able / bike-able, affordable, and very friendly! We were very satisfied with the unit we stayed in and found it to be clean and adequately furnished. It gave us an excellent base of operations and became a comfy "home away from home". We were not looking for a ritzy or glamorous (or expensive!) vacation - we were delighted with what we found. We were very happy with our experience and hope to repeat a stay in La Casa again soon!
