This is a brand new gorgeous contemporary fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home with a 2 car garage and screened porch. 1800 square foot under air with ceiling fans in each room.
Located on a quiet street, with light and bright open floor plan, this house has everything you need to enjoy a magical Florida vacation and feel at home at the same time.
The house comfortably sleeps 6 people, there is a pullout bed in the living room that will easily accommodate 2 more. If you're traveling with small children, we provide a high chair and activity table with four chairs. 2 car garage with room to store your canoe or your kayak. Radio, alarm clocks, 32 inch flat screen, cable TV, DVD player and high speed wireless Internet access are included.
Conveniently located and close (20 min. drive) to the best Gulf beaches in Florida (Manasota beach, Venice beach, Siesta Key) and famous Warm Mineral Springs (10 min drive).
