Description of the North Port vacation home rental

This is a gorgeous contemporary fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home with a 2 car garage and screened porch. 1800 square foot under air with ceiling fans in each room.

Located on a quiet street, with light and bright open floor plan, this house has everything you need to enjoy a magical Florida vacation and feel at home at the same time.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 people, there is a pullout bed in the living room that will easily accommodate 2 more. If you're traveling with small children, we provide a high chair and activity table with four chairs. 2 car garage with room to store your canoe or your kayak. Radio, alarm clocks, 32 inch flat screen, cable TV, DVD player and high speed wireless Internet access are included.

Area Information

Conveniently located and close (20 min. drive) to the best Gulf beaches in Florida (Manasota beach, Venice beach, Siesta Key) and famous Warm Mineral Springs (10 min drive). Believers in the healing powers of Warm Mineral Springs (87 degrees year around) say that the highly mineralized waters help ease back pain, gastrointestinal illnesses, various skin diseases, sinusitis and many other ailments. Close to shopping, dining, golf courses, and many cultural
attractions. Suitable day trips include Mote Aquarium with air boat rides, sunset cruises, Disney, the Everglades, Sanibel Island and Busch Gardens.

Plan a day of deep sea or bay fishing in the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, nature lovers will enjoy the endless sightseeing and gorgeous sunsets.

In short driving distance from ether of three airports: Sarasota (46 mi), Ft. Myers (56 mi) and Tampa (96 mi).

Other Fees: 12% Florida Taxes; $100 - Post rental cleaning. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 30 days before your arrival date. We accept personal check, cashiers check and CC payments through PayPal.

We greatly enjoyed our month in your house. It is spacious & comfortable & the layout lends to a lot of privacy when sharing with another couple. Its proximity to highway 41 is so very convenient for shopping & visiting other cities. The book of information about the area was extremely helpful. The internet was a plus since we had a teenager with us & she never lost touch with friends. The beaches are beautiful especially Siesta Key which is only 50 minutes from here, soft powdery sand with no shells. We had a wonderful time & would recommend your house to our friends & family.

The home is just lovely, it comes equipped with everything one needs to be comfortable. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, etc. The location is central to restaurants, shopping, golf courses. Half way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. We visited the Ringling Bros museum and the dog races in Sarasota. Fishermans village in Punta Gorda is a neat thing for the ladies to go to. There is an antique car museum south on Hwy 41 that the men would enjoy. The listing description and pictures of the house are very accurate, the house is clean and well maintained. You will need a vehicle as it is in a residential area. The owners contacted us midway during our stay to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this home to my family and firends.

We found this property to meet our expectations and more. It was entirely clean and well maintained and nothing in the house made us grouchy or negative. Communication with owner was quick and courteous. Everything seemed well thought out and the internet on site was a great addition that is not typically included in such rentals. We would do a redo of our vacation in a heartbeat, stay at the same place, and visit the same nearby gulf beaches.
