Description of the North Port vacation home rental

Immaculate, beautifully designed private home in North Port, tastefully decorated and furnished, our home will make you feel at home the minute you enter through the door. Located on a large private lot and a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Tamiami trail, this home was built in 2002 and completely renovated in 2008. Kitchen is fully equipped,living room is furnished all in a beautiful Florida Style including a TV DVD Stereo and over 100 movie titles. Three bedrooms ,two with queen size beds and one with king, can accommodate up to 7 people. Linens are included. Two 3pcs baths with shower stall and combination tub for your convenience. There is a two car garage with room to store your canoe or your kayak, washer and dryer,BBQ and patio set ,beach chairs, towels and more.

Area Description

Fishing is Big in the Charlotte Harbor or you can go out in the Gulf of Mexico. Charter Boats & rentals are close by. There are many piers in the area at no cost. If you like, you could go to Sharky's resturant in Venice which has a fishing pier over the Gulf of Mexico. You can eat there then go fishing while the women go the quaint shops in Venice.Charlotte County Sports Complex is less then a 10 minutes ride- its on rt 776. Fisherman's Village is right over the bridge. Punta Gorda has great places to eat & shop. Here you can enjoy free entertainment many evenings or reserve a trip aboard the many sight- seeing boats. Bobcat Trail Golf Club is 5 minutes away. 20 Min away Englewood has 4 beaches on the barrier island of Manasota Key. Manasota Beach and Blind Pass
Located close (20 min. drive) to the best Gulf beaches in Florida (Manasota beach, Venice beach, Siesta Key) and famous Warm Mineral Springs (5 min drive). Believers in the healing powers of Warm Mineral Springs (87 degrees year around) say that the highly mineralized waters help ease back pain, gastrointestinal illnesses, various skin diseases, sinusitis and many other ailments. Bobcat Trails public golf course is only 3 minutes away.
Very close to shopping, dining, and many cultural attractions. Suitable day trips include Mote Aquarium with air boat rides, sunset cruises, Disney, the Everglades, Sanibel Island and Busch Gardens.
Plan a day of deep sea or bay fishing in the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, nature lovers will enjoy the endless sightseeing and gorgeous sunsets.

Required Stay: 7 DAYS
Deposits: DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (10) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
Other Fees: $75 cleaning fee (optional)

Both my wife, Amanda, and I think this was our best Florida holiday out of a total of nine spent there over the past 16/17 years or so. We've tried various hotels, touring around and various rentals and without doubt renting your house came out on top. Apart from the house itself which is furnished and fitted very well - it truly lacks nothing - the location is excellent for easy access to beaches,attractions,shopping and restaurants.So - you'll see from all this that we're two very happy customers and, all being well, we'll be definitely making another visit very soon.
