Description of the North Port vacation home rental

Elegant and stylish, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage,
located in a quiet neighborhood in North Port, Florida within a short driving distance to local beaches, attractions, and shopping centers. The home is very clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Fully furnished with linens, kitchen ware, beach chairs, bikes. King size bed in the master bedroom, Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a bunk bed and day bed in the 3th bedroom. The master suite features a double sink and walk-in shower, 32 in flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a full size tub. The living room has a 42 inch Flat screen TV. The home is clean and well maintained. Screened lanai is perfect for relaxing, reading, or coffee in the morning.
Amenities include: Cable televisions, 2 DVD players, high speed wireless internet, central air-conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and ceiling fans in every room. No smoking or pets please.

Area Information

BEACHES
Located close (20 min) to the best Gulf Beaches in Florida (Manasota Beach, Venice Beach, Siesta Key-World Famous) and famous Warm Mineral Springs. Believers in the healing powers of Warm Mineral Springs (87 degrees year around) say that the highly mineralized waters help ease back pain, gastrointestinal illnesses, various skin diseases, sinusitis and many other ailments.

FISHING
Fishing is Big in the Charlotte Harbor or you can go out in the Gulf of Mexico. Charter Boats & rentals are close by. There are many piers in the area at no cost. So plan a day of deep sea or bay fishing in the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

SHOPPING, DINING, & ENTERTAINMENT
Very close to shopping, dining, and many cultural attractions. Day trips include Mote Aquarium with air boat rides, visit the entertainment parks of Orlando area, Sanibel Island, Sarasota and Fort Myers. Many activities and events scheduled throughout the year (concerts, art fairs, antique shows, etc.) Great restaurants nearby (Sharky’s, Perfect Caper, Captain’s Table, Bella Luna). In Punta Gorda you can enjoy free entertainment many evenings or reserve a trip aboard the many sight-seeing boats. Take in a gorgeous sunset cruise.

SPORTS
Bobcat Trails public golf course is only 5 minutes away. Tampa Bay Rays, spring training facility at Port Charlotte: Boston Red Sox, spring training facility at Fort Myers.

Of all the houses we have rented yours is truly the nicest. The location is close to the Publix food store and shops which was very convenient. Access to the major highways was easy. My parents stayed at this beautiful home and it was really more than i could ask for. The owners, Bob and Mary, took good care of us and provided all the amenities of comfort inherent in this house. The house is located in a peaceful and quiet environment, close to shops, pharmacies, stores and even the postal office, and I could not ask for more. We love this place so much and called it home for myself and my family.
