Weekly Rental Cost:
-Weekly rental rate for October - March at $850.00 per week plus fees and security deposit.
-Weekly rental rate for April - September $650.00 per week plus fees and security deposit.
-Rental for five months and more is available at a reduced cost. Call for more information.

Other Fees:
Cleaning fee of $ 100.00 required.

Security deposit of $ 900.00 to be collected upon initial reservation and returned after home is inspected and cleaned. Deposit not deducted from rental fee.

Moreover, we are within 5 minutes drive to the famous Warm Mineral Springs.
