Description of the North Port vacation townhouse rental

Beautiful villa, well maintained with upgrades and a Lanai view of a wooded preserve area; peaceful and private setting. This pristine, deed restricted community affords a number of amenities (i.e., wonderful clubhouse, including internet access, swimming pools and adjacent whirlpool, one just a few yards away from the villa, Har Tru tennis and shuffleboard courts, exercise and billiard room too. Plenty to do here in this complex in sunny Florida.

- two walk in closets in the master bedroom, queen size
bed, duo vanities, and roman shower;
- study includes a queen size futon bed;
- guest room equipped with queen size bed;

breakfast, lunch or dinner;
- Ceiling fans, beautiful window treatments; washer/

Townhome Association requires completed rental agreement

Area Information

Only minutes to Port Charlotte and Venice.
A short drive away to Sarasota and Fort Myers.
Lovely beaches there (i.e., Siesta Key, Venice, Fort Myers, Englewood, etc). Many activites and events scheduled throughout the year (concerts, art fairs, antique shows, etc.) Tampa Bay Rays, spring training facility at Port Charlotte; Boston Red Sox, spring training facility at Fort Myers.
Great restaurants nearby (i.e., Perfect Caper, Captain's Table, Bella Luna). Also, neigboring shopping malls and specialty stores provide the discerning buyer with many options.

A Great Florida Haven

This home is a wonderful experience! The owner is very accommodating and checks with you often. This villa is furnished elegantly and is well appointed with everything you need or want. It is a pleasure to stay here. The flora and fauna make this area special. We spent five months there, it is a lovely home and area for a vacation.

Wonderful winter retreat

We are staying here for 2 months, Jan and Feb. It is a wonderful place, very nicely furnished, with all required appliances, dishes, etc. There is a great clubhouse with a workout center and pool, as well as a smaller pool nearby if you don't want to go to the clubhouse. Area is great for walking and feels very safe. The owner, John, is terrific - very hospitable and caring. We fully intend to come back again! Great value for money.
