Totally furnished and completely equipped, just bring your clothes and stay 30 days or more. (association rules require at least 30 day bookings). Sorry, no pets allowed by the association. Sabal Trace II is a very nice gated community on Sable Trace golf course as well as a small lake/pond. North Port is a beautiful community between Port Charlotte, 7 miles to the south and Venice, 10 miles to the north. Beaches of Englewood and Venice are only 10-15 minutes away. Shopping is within 1 mile and includes Wall Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, as well as all the other shops. Restaurants also conveniently within a mile or so. Perkins, Applebees and others.... Of course all the fast foods as well. Walkable if you so desire to some. Port Charlotte and Venice shopping is also very handy. Movie theaters in the Port Charlotte mall and also in Venice. MORE restaurants as well in either Port Charlotte or Venice if you don't feel like cooking when on vacation. Golf courses withing a mile are Sabal Trace Golf and Country club, and Heron Creek Golf and Country Club. (Excellent restaurant at Heron Creek for a delightful reasonable lunch). North Port is about an hour drive from St Pete / Tampa to the North, or 45 Minutes south will get you to Fort Myers. It is about an hour and a half drive south to Naples. The beauty of this area is the ease of getting around, Not nearly the traffic of the those bigger cities to the north or south. You'll love it here.

If booking for 6 months stay, tax would be lower, Payment due 60 days prior to arrival would be for two monthes. then monthy starting on arrival date. Rate would be discounted on a six month stay.|
