Downstairs is a large Living Room w/vaulted ceiling, gourmet Kitchen w/Dining Area, a large screened in porch offering a west view, and two Bedrooms with two Baths. Upstairs is a Loft office area with an east open deck, a second west open deck overlooking the Caribbean and the beach, a Master Bedroom and Bathroom. The condo is fully equipped with all that is needed for your stay. Just bring your family and enjoy the amenities of this private estate that includes an expansive private beach, 2 tennis courts, putting green, large swimming pool and of course, all of this a few steps away from the condo. Try your luck at the Carina Bay Casino on the south-eastern shore of the island. Many auto-tours throughout the island, from the rain forest to the botanical gardens are favorite activities your family will remember. But most of all, Gentle winds offers one of the best private beaches, fantastic pool and Tiki-Bar, and spectacular sunsets - right from our own beach. Deposits: $500 damage deposit - fully refundable.

If you require additional cleaning during your stay, a $90 cleaning chagre will be billed to your deposit. note: The rates quoted above are for 2 people. Rates for 3-4: $1800/wk Low Season, $2650/wk High Season. Rates for 4-5: $2000/wk Low Season, $3000/wk High Season.
