The Sweet Escape

New as of the spring of 2013 is 6 million dollars of new sand relocated to our beach! If your looking for a quiet family vacation away from it all, this is the place! A huge bridge takes you up
over the water to this beautiful barrier island
called Topsail Island. The bridge provides the perfect beginning to your island experience. As you cross the
bridge, allow yourself to mentally leave the fast pace of life and commit to slowing down and spending quality time re-connecting with yourself, your family, and/or friends.

We're confident this condo will be a wonderful vacation to
share as a couple and offers an excellent environment for families with children. This condo also provides an ideal place offering peace and quiet for someone traveling alone.

Then, when it's time to go, as you cross that bridge again after your trip is over, you can allow yourself back into life, career,distractions, etc., but hopefully be able to
take a bit of the island with you.

Vacationers typically book well in advance and like these condos because of very reasonable weekly rental rates during peek season with some limited partial week reservations and by-night rates during other seasons.

We've lived in North Carolina now for fifteen years.
During this time, we've visited many beaches including
Myrtle Beach, SC, Wrightsville Beach, NC, Atlantic Beach, NC

All beaches have something different to offer, but we settled on purchasing the Sweet Escape at North Topsail Beach, NC because it offers the best in untouched beaches and the best opportunities for us to spend quality time with family and nature. Each time we visit, the beach and ocean have something different to offer.

The Sweet Escape is ideal if you're looking to re-connect with nature and family, but is not ideal if you're looking for hot spots, night life, and Las Vegas charm. The north end of this beach offers an ideal spot for outstanding beach scenery and photography. It's also the ideal place for couples to be alone, and families to feel safe at a beach.

North Topsail beach is next to Surf City which offers small beach town activities such as sea food dining and gift shops. Sneads Ferry, NC is the town where guests can do grocery shopping, and offers some gift and surf shops. For small city, big box restaurants, malls, and movies, you'll need to venture to Jacksonville, NC which is located about fifteen minutes from Sneads Ferry, NC and thirty minutes from the Sweet Escape.

Sometimes the ocean is so calm you can bask in it as though you are in a swimming pool. Most times this is in the summer. Other times the ocean is raging and so active it's unsafe to venture. Most times, the beach offers great body surfing, and beginners surfing.

This beach is pristine. We have a wide beach which is level which provides an ideal playground for volleyball, sand surfing, tide pool wading, and tanning.

If you're interested in booking the Sweet Escape along with another unit in the same building on the same floor, let me know as I've got several friends on our floor who can rent their unit to you. This has been ideal when we've stayed there and have had my sister or brother and their family visit with us at the same time.
