Description of the North Topsail Beach vacation condo rental

Magnificent beachfront three-bedroom, three-bath condominium at the Villa Capriani Resort (the BEST resort on Topsail Island). Marvel at breathtaking sunrises with dolphins at play while outside on the terrace. This is a tranquil end unit, right on the beach. Let the sound of the ocean lull you and your entire family off to sleep. You're going to love it here!

The living room has a large screen TV with blu-ray player and cable. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Dining area seats six and bar area has extra seating.

Two (yes, two) master bedroom suites private baths and cable TV. One is oceanfront with a queen bed, sitting chairs, while the second offers a king bed, ocean views, 'lockout' privacy, a wet bar, and a sofa for quiet sitting. The third bedroom is oceanfront with two twin beds.

The Villa Capriani is a family friendly resort that offers tennis courts, four pools, two hot tubs, waterfalls, restaurant, and lounge.

Q:Is your condo wheelchair accessible?

A:Yes. There is an elevator at ground level. Our unit is on the 1st floor, with no stairs when you use the elevator.

Q:Do you provide linens with the rental?

A:No, however, you can bring your own linens, or rent them from one of the many places rental places on Topsail Island. Just do an internet search for: "Linen Rentals, Topsail Island, NC"

Q:I've heard that the Villa Capriani is one of the best family beach resorts in NC. Why is that?

A:Wow, here goes - This is one of the reasons that my wife and I bought our condo here. The warm ocean water, and the beach are fantastic. When you've had enough of the sand and sea, you can relax at any of the pools, catch some rays, read a book, and enjoy drinks from the pool-side cabana. Take the little ones swiming at the kiddie pool, or chill out at the hot tub . Hungry and don't want to cook? Catch a romantic dinner at the Bella Luna restaurant on-site. You will fall in love with this resort!

Q:Can you take food and drinks to the pool?

A:Yes. The only restriction is that no glass is allowed.

Q:Is there golf nearby?

A:Yes, the North Shore Country Club is less than 2 miles away, just on the other side of the bridge to Sneads Ferry. Plus, there are 5 courses in Hampstead, just a few miles south.

Q:What about nearby restaurants?

A:There is a restaurant on premise, the Bella Luna, plus ...
