The cottage was nice and clean when we arrived. Weather was not too hot until Wednesday so we enjoyed the end of the week better than the first. My husband said he would definitely stay again.

Total Relaxation!

This cottage provided everything we needed for a truly relaxing break. The amenities were perfect and the proximity to the beach and ocean was unbelievable. Loved only being beside one house - the other side was next to an empty lot. We only left this perfect place once - to go get bottled water! Loved the porch and rockers the most for morning coffee and afternoon drinks! Will definitely be returning next year - have already reserved our week!

A dream come true. Everything was just Perfect. Very clean and cozy. Right on the Beach, perfect for our early morning Beach Combing for Sea Shells and Afternoon/Evening Dips in the Ocean. Close to local Resturants and Surf/Gift Shops but, not located in town. This was the most Perfect vacation we have ever had. The Owner made us fell right at home. This was the first time we ever did anything like this and, because of how well this place is, we will return and do it again. What a Pretty Island Topsail is. Nice wide beaches and, friendly people. A very good place to eat is at The Seaview Pier Grill.(Just 2 miles North). Sea Turtle Nesting just down from The Beach House while we were there. Cool!! Thanks for all the Memorys!!

hello my husband and i stayed at this cottage july 2nd 2011 to july 9th 2011 and we had a wonderful time...the front porches is very big for our two children to play on, and it was steps from the beach,that was our favorite thing about the trip..we didnt waste any gas on driving to the beach because we wa already there. i would definetly recommand these cottage for a small family.

A wonderful week. Cottage was perfect for me and my son. Quiet beach. Perfect location for going to restaurants. Only addition I would like the addition of an enclosed hot/cold outside shower. But the price is great and the owner makes sure her quests have a terrific time her beach home. Third time I rented this property and plan to continue renting each year. C Gull has all the comforts of home.

We watched the sunrises every morning rode our bikes, lounged and fished the beach and watched the moon rise on the ocean every evening. in this comfortable, quiet and cozy cottage. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we have ever had. The house, location and area are exactly as described. Plenty of restaurants and fun shopping places. We would recommend this place highly.

Great Couple Retreat

My wife and I spent 4 days and 3 nights here and it was great. If you are looking for a private little house this is it. No Duplex to worry about neighbors. Sit on your porch and stare at the ocean from dust till dawn. I highly recommend for couples and to bring the little ones. Loved it.
