All you need to bring are linens and personal care items. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the cottage prior to departure. This helps keep your costs down.

There are ABSOLUTLEY NO HIDDEN FEES! Renter pays lease amount and a $200 REFUNDABLE security deposit. Deposit is returned within 14 days of your lease end date, assuming no damages beyond reasonable wear and tear. Renter must sign and return a lease agreement.
