Description of the North Topsail Beach vacation cottage rental
Go back in time and enjoy a wonderful vacation at the beach with your family. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family. The living room has a sleeper sofa for extra guests. There are two bedrooms and a full bath. There is also an enclosed private shower outside with hot and cold water. Perfect for the kids after a day at the beach. Enjoy your meals on the large screened in porch or deck with views of the sound and wildlife. Central air. Full laundry room. Close walk to the beach. It's only 1/2 block. Public beach access is right at the end of the road.
Perfect family getaway! Pets considered with a $75 fee per pet.
Summer rentals include linens/towels.
No addtional fees apply - pricing includes departure clean also.
We live locally and manage the unit personally. We are the maintenance and cleaning crew should you need anything during your stay.

Area Information
Topsail Island, North Carolina is the place to go to enjoy some fun in the sun in an atmosphere where doing next to nothing is a highly regarded activity. This barrier island spans some 26 miles, and offers enough beach time to keep sun-worshippers busy for a month of vacations.
The island's three communities, Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach offer a welcome respite from the chaotic fun of other North Carolina beach communities. Of course you can enjoy activities like fishing, swimming, water skiing, scuba diving, hiking, and practicing for the suntan Olympics; you can just enjoy them amidst a less-traveled setting!
Located on the north end of Topsail Island this family beach cottage is only three houses from the beach. The quiet, private location also provides an outstanding view of the sound from the screened-in porch and sundeck. It's a safe quiet street where the kids can play outside after a day at the beach.
The public sound side park is walking distance also to launch kayaks or go fishing.
