Description of the North Topsail Beach vacation home rental

We offer a 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Canal Front home with Ocean and Intercoastal Views. We're on a Narrow part of the island so the Ocean is only 3 homes away. It's a very short walk. You can enjoy the ocean view from the upstairs covered porch and the Intercoastal view from the front covered decks.

Inside the home, we offer a huge open family room, dining room, kitchen and Laundry room along with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The dining room table offers seating for 10. There is a full kitchen offering seating for 6 at barstools with everything you need to prepare family meals.

There is high speed internet access, cable TV, a VCR and a DVD player for your convenience. All of the bedrooms come complete with TV's as well.

Outside we offer a large, corner lot. We have a private hot tub and screened in porch. We also have a dock and boat lift with easy access to the Intercoastal Waterway. You can enjoy boating activities, crabbing and fishing right from the dock. We are on a very family friendly street where the children can safely ride bikes, scooter, etc. This is a great convenience after a long day at the beach. Once you wash off the sand, it's Gone!

Beach access is right at the end of our street.

Pets are welcomed.

In season prime summer rentals also include linens and bath towels from a local service along with the taxes and departure clean. It's all included in one price. There are no additional or hidden fees.

From locally famous Stump Sound oysters to great surf fishing at New River Inlet, North Topsail Beach is distinguished from the rest of Topsail Island. And rightfully so: it used to be completely separated from it! Stump Inlet once carved its way between the two islands, but the gap has been filled in over time by nature and man. Remaining are picturesque marshes, home to graceful egrets and herons, and dense maritime forests on the sound side, with lovely dunes and beaches on the ocean side.

Enjoy the panoramic views as you ride over the high-rise bridge on Highway 210. As you enjoy the view, you will feel the stress from everyday life lift away. North Topsail Beach is a little more remote and offers a certain exclusivity from the rest of the island.
