This home features an elevator to accommodate guests that have special needs, a hot tub overlooking the surf, an outdoor shower on the main deck with hot and cold settings, gated decks for parents peace of mind, endless decks facing both the ocean and sound, TV’s with DVD and VCR players in each room, Sony Playstation II with a Video Library and Game Library at your fingertips containing a variety of viewing choices for both young and mature audiences, a built in stereo system allowing guests to play music throughout the house or in rooms of your choice, access to high speed internet as well as a fax machine and pillow top mattresses in each room to allow each and every guest a great night’s sleep!

From the moment you enter the first floor you can tell that this home is special. Each room has its own private bathroom having either a tub or shower. There are three rooms that have King size beds on this floor, as well as a room that contains a pyramid bunk bed and a day bed with a trundle. This floor also has a full size washer and dryer.

The second floor features a great room that has dramatic, panoramic ocean to sound views. This room is beautiful as well as functional with comfortable seating, large plasma screen TV with DVD and VCR, Fireplace and wet bar. The room is completed with a dining area that accommodates each guest and a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, two dishwashers, prep sink, free standing ice maker, and a beverage refrigerator. Whether you choose to dine in or out, this kitchen will not disappoint as it is well equipped for all of your cooking needs.

The third floor is an island within an island, designed so that you never need to leave your room! Two identical master suites that have their own private sitting area (each sitting area contains a sleeper sofa), fireplace, wet bar with refrigerator and coffeemakers, large master bath with an oversized Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Both suites share a private sound side deck and private ocean side deck as well as a stackable washer and dryer.

Deposits: Security Deposit--the amount will vary by property. After your departure, we will carefully inspect the property. This deposit will be returned to you within 45 days after your departure, if no damage occurs, you leave unit in "as found" condition and keys and pool passes are returned. If upon our inspection, damages have been found or phone charges were left unpaid or linens, inventory missing, etc., these charges will be deducted from your security deposit. Other Fees: Reservation Fee--There is a $40 processing fee charged for each reservation.Hot Tub Activation--Home that have a hot tub require a $70 hot tub activation free for activation in the Mid and Off seasons.

Wonderful Vacation Week, August 4, 2009

Our entire family, consisting of 15 members, enjoyed every minute we spent in this beautiful beach house. We especially liked the fact that we could all be seated at the huge round table overlooking the beach/seaside. We would have appreciated coat hangers in the closets. That was such a small factor, when all else was so great. The kitchen left little to be desired, car parking was more than adequate, adequate baths along with each bedroom made all the female members of our family so happy. As I have already stated, it was a great house and a very memorable vacation.
