Description of the North Topsail Beach vacation townhouse rental

This three bedroom /two and a half bath Townhouse has three levels with its own covered parking. With its five balconies, you can enjoy a sweeping ocean view / soothing ocean sound waves / ICWW (Intercoastal Water Way)no matter where you are inside.

The house overlooks the pool with the ocean as a backdrop. What a view! Unobstructed! Often time you can spot dolphins coming around for a visit(binocular is available)! Perfect for family reunion that you can watch a tennis match on the front balcony and enjoy / monitor your kids swimming in the pool from any 3 of the balconies facing the ocean. Yes,you also have your very own covered parking garage below the house.

The master bedroom occupies the entire third level with a king size bed and newly re-decorated / spacious master bathroom with Cathedral Ceiling and skylight! Very private and romantic!!!

On the first level, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has two bunk beds. The two rooms share one big bathroom with a separate door access; We also have 2 twin portable cots with folded bed mattresses for maximum comfort of sleep arrangement.

On the second level you can enjoy cooking in a fully equipment kitchen with a cathedral ceiling and skylight.Then you can share with family /friends in the spacious dining area and/or relax in a very comfortable family room. You will for sure be feeling right at home in our'home away from home!

Topsail Island is known for its quiet/uncrowded 26 miles white sand beaches. Within a few miles you can get to grocery stores, restaurants, amusements, shops, gas station, library and post office. All sorts of water activities as you wish.

If you like golfing, The North Shore Country Club golf course is a few minutes away. Fishing pier is a half mile walk on the beach. Sightseeing / dolphin watching cruise are available, or you can rent your own boat.

Location: North Topsail Beach, Topsail Island, Southern Coast, Coastal, North Carolina, USA (30 miles north of Wilmington, 20 miles south of Jacksonville)

On Topsail Island, at the far north, lies North Topsail Beach. At the center of the Island is the town of Surf City, which serves as the commercial hub of the Island. Near the southern end of the Island lies the town of Topsail Beach.

On the mainland, in the northern portion of our service area, the Sneads Ferry community is experiencing rapid growth, both residential and commercial. Situated along U.S. Highway 17, near the Onslow-Pender county line, lies the town of Holly Ridge. Farther south on Highway 17 is Hampstead, which reaches to the northern outgrowth, north of Wilmington.

To the north of the Topsail area is the Jacksonville Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), and to the south lies the Wilmington MSA. Also adjacent to the Topsail area are the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and the Marine Corps Air Station New River.
