It also has an outside shower that is very popular in the summer, which provides warm water. A concrete carport under the house will keep your automobiles cool when they are not in use. Stairways and decks are located on the front and back of The Blue Lagoon for those relaxing evenings. We have very clean and sandy beaches with bluegreen ocean water. Multiple turtle hatchings are sighted every year on the island. A BBQ grill is in the back yard to cook those Summer meals to eat on the picnic table.

The beach house was wonderful. It was cozy and just like it was described in the ad. I loved that you could sig outside and listen to the ocean. The owner had several toys and games and they kept my kids entertained. Hopefully this will be a yearly trip.

The condo had everything we needed and Scott was very accomidating. The ocean was within walking distance so it was easy to go back and forth for lunch and naps with the baby.

Perfect Again

It was another perfect week at the Blue Lagoon in N. Topsail Beach! I noticed Scott had made several updates over the past year and there was nothing lacking. We had perfect weather for the most part and enjoyed a stress free beach vacation.

My friends and I just returned from a week-long stay at the Blue Lagoon. This was, by far, the most relaxing week of vacation I've ever had. The villa was exactly as described, everything included, no extra charges, very comfortable and convenient access to the beach. We were anxious and drove all night from Indiana and arrived a little too early for check-in, but it gave us a few extra hours to get familiar with the beautiful Topsail Island. We never would have found this gem had we not stayed at Scott and Sandy's cabin in Gatlinburg last year. So glad we did! The weather was perfect all week, and we truly enjoyed every day of our visit. If you are considering a beach get-away, do yourself a big favor and just "go for it". You'll be glad you did.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a perfect vacation, thanks to the weather (which was in the 80's the first 5 days) and thanks to our accommodations! Everything we needed they had for us and then some! it was what we needed to make our honeymoon perfect! With the hurricane coming in before our stay Scott was able to inform me that the island was still okay to do to the villa. This was great news on our wedding day so we didn't have to worry about it or miss out on our honeymoon. When we got there it was perfect had everything we needed. We loved that it was secluded and away from everything. It made the start of our lives wonderful. We are so thankful and can't wait to come back again with more of our family members. A Little Piece of Heaven

My family stayed here in july 2011 and i must tell you it is the perfect little place for a family of 5. Scott had everything you needed for a beach vacation without the hassle of having to pack it and bring it with you which made it a more roomier ride on the way down with less packing. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and i enjoyed looking at the stars on both the front and back decks and just sitting outside listening to the ocean. My kids enjoyed the bikes and the sand toys and the park and the tennis courts. The house has everything you need it was just like a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay and i loved it so much in topsail were seriously considering moving down into the Topsail or jacksonville area. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet with the convience of everything else just a short 10 min drive away, hence the reason i called it "A little piece of Heaven!" I would reccomend this place to anyone and hope to go back myself.

Our stay at Blue Lagoon was PERFECT! The owner was so very accommodating. The home was clean, comfortable and really had all we needed. This location is perfect for a small family or couple. Most places in North Topsail are not as well equipped or supply linens and towels. A place at the resort across the street would have cost us 3 times as much. We are very thankful to the owner and will rent at Blue Lagoon again. This unit is easily accessible to Camp Lejeune for those Navy/Marine parents like us who would rather stay away from the motels in Jacksonville.

This place was amazing! It really felt like a home away from home. They provided everything we needed and more! We had an excellent time boogie boarding and cooking out, and we thoroughly enjoyed the close beach access! It was a very peaceful vacation and I can't wait to go back next year!

We really enjoyed our time at "The Blue Lagoon". Scott & Sandy thought of everything. It was our home away from home for a glorious week. The beach is right across the street. There are two wonderful decks for outside relaxation. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. There were books to read while laying on the beach. There were beach chairs, toys and bikes to ride. Every amenity you could want was provided. We loved it so much, we are planning to return again this summer for another visit to see our Marine son! And as our son just returned from deployment, he said it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Thanks Scott & Sandy for making our reunion an even more special event! Semper Fi!
