Description of the North Truro vacation condo rental

Seaside Condominiums is the newly renovated version of the old Seaside Motel, for years the favorite location of many!!
This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath second floor condo is an end unit with a private 200 sf deck, overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Everything is new, including the fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen size beds with 500 thread count sheets, new white towels, jacuzzi tub, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large TV with Internet and Netflix access. Take the shuttle into Provincetown (or let the kids go while you enjoy sunset from the deck!), or enjoy the wonderful restaurants of Provincetown,Truro and Wellfleet. Let us know what you need and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Area Information

Deck view of Cape Cod Bay sunsets, with sunrise views over Pilgrim Lake. There are few places in the world where you can see both sunrise and sunset from the same location, and this is one of them! Lots to do in Provincetown, from bike riding to parasailing, kayaking, whale watching, fishing, lobstering, hiking, swimming, beaching, clubbing, and fabulous restaurants and nightlife. If you prefer, spend your time on the private deck and just enjoy the view while basking in the sun with a good book. Walk down the stairs to the beach, or drive to the world famous Provincelands National Seashore. Truro also boasts a wealth of restaurants and beaches, with so much to do in a small location.

Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 10 a.m.
Deposits: Rental Fee- 50% of fee due with signed agreement for reservation to be confirmed. Reservation will be made with return of signed agreement within 30 days of intent to rent. Remainder of rental fee plus security deposit due 30 days prior to your arrival. Full payment due immediately if reservation less than 30 days of your arrival. The rental agreement will be sent to you via US mail. USPO address for return of signed agreement will be provided.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: Other Fees> Security deposit of $250 for damages per agreement, returnable after your stay within 30 days of your departure, if applicable. In the event you cancel the agreement and we are UNABLE to re-rent the property, all monies will be retained as liquidation damages and paid to the homeowner. All security deposits will be returned to the tenant. If we are ABLE to re-rent the property, all monies will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the entire amount of the agreement.

PERFECT!

This condo could not be more relaxing, peaceful, luxurious, beautiful, and convenient. We had the BEST vacation to truro staying at this condo. The accomodations are very comfortable, spacious, clean, and serene. The large deck is perfect for relaxing and beautiful views. The location is perfect- so close to Provincetown and the National Seashore and right on the water. We also had great service from the attentive owners, and highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Just Perfect

When we rented last year, and were blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of this seaside condo, we knew we'd be back.. It has all of the luxuries of home, and its beautiful location overlooking the ocean, cannot be beat... The comfortable furnishings, including top of the line mattresses on the beds for sleeping (and we all know how that particular detail can make or break a vacation stay..no matter how lovely the environment !!..), and the sound of the waves lapping up onto shore as you fall asleep at night, all make for a relaxing, serene stay.. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, as well as vacation-type extras, like a large lobster pot with necessary accessories. And the stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make for a great eating environment... A few nights we were there, we even cancelled plans to go to a restaurant to eat, as the setting, the serenity, the equipment, was all there for a seashore dinner at the condo, enjoyed out on the deck, overlooking the ocean.. As I've said to friends, when I use my well-earned vacation time, I have no interest in "roughing it"...I want to be in a clean, aesthetically pleasing, serene environment (amazing location..)...and this beautiful condo completely fits the bill!!...Hope to make it back... I spent a fabulously relaxing week at this Truro condo and I can't say enough about it. Fully stalked with EVERYTHING. Washer/dryer (including detergent :) Very clean. Beautiful views. Shuttle out front that will take you to Ptown for only $2 ! End unit providing incredible cross breezes so no need to turn on the AC. Fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrellas, you name it, it's there. They left a binder with all the local information you need, including local restaurant flyers. They thought of everything and there wasn't one thing I could come up with that was lacking. I even got excited about the Keurig coffee machine, and big flat screen TV, and jacuzzi bathtub. I highly recommend this condo and will definately be back. There's nothing like the peace and solitude of this location and beach. Had a fabulous stay. Thank you ladies for a great vacation and for thinking of everything.

Spent a long weekend here celebrating a 50th birthday with 3 other good friends. The condo was perfect, and the location on the beach was just what we had hoped for. The view of the bay was great from the bedroom, the livingroom, and the balcony, which is located off both of them. The kitchen had all that was needed for the cooking we did. The location was close to P'town and many other places of interest. We look forward to heading back that way this fall.

This condominium is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The water can be seen from both sides. Sitting on the deck overlooking the Bay is breathtaking and relaxing as you hear and see the peaceful ocean. I can not recommend this enough. It is GREAT!
