Description of the North Truro vacation condo rental

This luxury studio facing southwest is about 330 sq ft and sits atop a dune overlooking North Truro and Cape Cod Bay at the Braemar Condominium. The studio is completely renovated with hardwood floors, walk-in glass enclosed rain shower with white subway tile and white Carrara marble, queen-sized bed, full modern kitchen with quartz counter-top, water filter, quiet dishwasher, stove top, convection oven/microwave, washer/dryer, HD LED LCD with Showtime, HBO, Starz and Cinemax, and WiFi. The walls are soundproofed with QuietRock to allow for minimal sound transference with neighbors. The private deck is about 80 sq ft in which you can watch glorious sunsets and observe distant water views of Cape Cod Bay. Situated on top of a hill and on the top floor, there is usually a comfortable cross breeze most days of the year. The association has a newly renovated private swimming pool, abundant parking and onsite management. If you're looking for an affordable, quiet and luxurious getaway from the hustle and bustle and yet close to everything, this is the place for you.

Area Information

The Braemar Condominium is located on Shore Road and Arrowhead. Access to Truro and Provincetown beaches are minutes away. Provincetown is 8 minutes away by vehicle or a local bus can take you there for $1. Head-of-the-Meadow Beach is a few minutes away by car or bicycle. Many private Truro beaches can be accessed with a $40/week pass. A favorite restaurant, Terra Luna, is located up the road a short distance (about 5 minute walk) and Montano's, a family restaurant is a 2 minute walk away.
