Quaint, cozy cottage with tremendous ocean views located in Truro, Massachusetts on Cape Cod, near Provincetown. Deck overlooking the Atlantic with panoramic views and fabulous sunsets. Two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed. Full size kitchen and bath. Step off the deck onto the sandy beach. Weekly rentals only. Saturday to Saturday. No daily housekeeping. Towel exchanges mid week and as needed.

Truro is located near the tip of beautiful Cape Cod, home to numerous, lovely beaches, great seafood, miles of bike paths, scenic vistas and so much more.

• Deposits: 25% weekly rate deposit due to reserve room and balance off rate and security deposit of 200. due 30 days before stay.
   
• Other Fees: 25% weekly rate deposit due to reserve and balance payable minimum 30 days before stay. Full refund up until 4 weeks before stay. In case of cancellations less than four weeks before reserved rental period no refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the unit is not re-rented, 50% of all rents paid shall be forfeited as damages. Also, 200.00 damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout if cottage is found to be in same condition.
