Description of the North Truro vacation cottage rental

This is a charming cottage which sits on the beach with a deck and a picnic area just steps away from the beach. Why be near the beach when you can be on the beach! Here you'll enjoy spectacular views of Provincetown, Cape Cod Bay and the unparalleled views of the sunset. There are two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with two twin beds. Each bedroom has cable TV jacks so if you'd like to bring an additional small TV you may do so. There is a futon in the living area with a flat panel TV and a DVD player. We have also stocked a selection of family style DVD's and board games.This cottage is a great family retreat as well as a fishermans paradise. A mooring for your boat is also available. Contact me for details. You'll fall in love with olde cape cod here! Rentals are weekly beginning on saturdays. There are partial week rentals available off season. Email us for details.
A three night minimum is required for Off-Season rentals. We will be making upgrades this year, stay tuned for pictures and details.

Area Information

This beach front cottage is located in North Truro between Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic ocean (~2 miles away). Located minutes away are bicycle trails, sport fishing (surf and charter), shopping, whale watching, Cape Cod National Seashore, Province lands visitors center, Flea markets, children's activities and a winery. The Massachusetts Audubon Society in Wellfleet is a short drive away for nature walks. Boat rentals and parasailing are located in nearby Provincetown.

There are many attractions for the children towards the lower Cape although the many beaches in the area will surely keep them amused. There are many restaurants in the vicinity ranging in prices that will suit any budget.

Amazing setting. Beautiful and the perfect escape!

We loved this place. Relaxing setting & perfect set-up for adults and kids. Waves & own private beach right there :-)! The deck & beach were our favorite. Sunsets were stunning ~ it was hard to leave.... Thank you, Jay, for a wonderful & memorable vacation!

4 jours qui ont passés trop vite. Magnifique cottage face à la mer. Équipé et décoré parfaitement. Plage privée, Se laisser bercer au son des vagues chaque soir, petite breeze de vent pour se rafraîchir que demandez de plus? Couché de soleil à coupé le souffle. Un dépanneurs en face, un autobus qui fais la navette jusqu'à Provincetown aux 1/2 heures pour les boutiques, resto et soirées. Plusieurs plages à quelques km seulement. Adresse à retenir et revenir. A relaxing stay!

Hi Jay! We had a fantastic time this week on the Cape! I am powerless to resist alliteration in describing your place a cheerful, cozy and charming Cape Cod cottage! The location was just fantastic, especially its close proximity to P-town. This gave us an opportunity to spend a few hours shopping and enjoy a nice lunch by the water before returning to North Truro for another nice day on the beach. Besides our travel day, we had just 2 other inclement days, but saw this as an opportunity to visit Chatham and Wellfleet Center, both of which we enjoyed. I would rate this 4.5 out of 5 The cottage was immiculate, well decorated and comfortable. It is right on the Bay with a nice beachfront. The sunsets are georgous. We stayed in the off season so it was quiet. The only downfall I could see is that the beach is shared with guests of the condos across the street so that during prime time the beach might have more people. However, I doubt it would ever be really crowded. All we expected and more. Jude & Lee
