Description of the North Truro vacation cottage rental
This is a charming cottage which sits on the beach with a deck and a picnic area just steps away from the beach. Why be near the beach when you can be on the beach! Here you'll enjoy spectacular views of Provincetown, Cape Cod Bay and the unparalleled views of the sunset. There are two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with two twin beds. Each bedroom has cable TV jacks so if you'd like to bring an additional small TV you may do so. There is a futon in the living area with a flat panel TV and a DVD player. We have also stocked a selection of family style DVD's and board games. This cottage is a great family retreat as well as a fishermans paradise. You'll fall in love with olde cape cod here! Rentals are weekly beginning on saturdays. There are partial week rentals available off season. Email us for details. Reservation for 2010 will not be taken until after February 15th 2010.
This beach front cottage is located in North Truro between Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic ocean (~2 miles away). Located minutes away are bicycle trails, sport fishing (surf and charter), shopping, whale watching, Cape Cod National Seashore, Province lands visitors center, Flea markets, children's activities and a winery. The Massachusetts Audubon Society in Wellfleet is a short drive away for nature walks. Boat rentals and parasailing are located in nearby Provincetown.

- Lodging Tax: 9.7%
- Deposits: 50% of total to hold reservation.
- Other Fees: Remainder of balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Fees refundable up to 4 weeks prior to stay if canceling. If canceling less than 4 weeks prior to stay a refund of 50% will be paid. A refundable damage deposit and 9.7% room tax is required when booking.
