Description of the North Vancouver vacation guesthouse rental

Welcome to Cove View Accommodation, located in the picturesque village of Deep Cove, 20 minutes from Vancouver, 2 hrs to Whistler Mt. 30 min to most Olympic Venues.

The home has two separate suites.
The main floor suite has two bedroom and is about 900 sq. ft.
There is a comfortable Queen size bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the other.
A roll away single bed is also available as well as a double hid-a-bed.

The living room surrounds a cozy wood burning stove and overlooks Seymour Mountain and the waters of Deep Cove.
A Large deck space wraps around the main floor suite with flower baskets in season.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge and stove, coffee maker, micro wave, plates, cutlery, pots, etc.
And the bathroom has a tub with shower.

We supply all needed:

* Bedding, linens, towels, soap and cleaning supplies.

The one bedroom ground floor suite it about 700 sq feet, has a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a double hid-a-bed in the living room.

The living room has a glass fronted wood stove with fire wood available.

The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove, micro wave, coffee maker and cutlery.

This suite has easy ground floor access with few steps.
Patio space overlooks wooded hills and mountains.


Note: There is still some rental time available at Cove View in Feb 2010 for the Upcoming Olympics In Vancouver BC.

Cove View is close to local the local ski hills at Mount Seymour,and Grouse Mountain, Cypress Bowl, and 1 1/2 hr. from Whistler Mnt.
Public Tennis courts are five walk from the suites in Myrtle Park.


Panorama Park, Cates Park, Parkgate Shopping Center, Ron Andrews Pool, ice rink, and golfing are a few minuets away by car or bus. There are two bicycles with helmets available at the suite A flat bike ride to Cates Park is assured. Hills are available if wanted.


A boat trip by kayak or power boat rented from Seycove Marina will reveal the true splendor of Mountains and Sea in this Jewel of North Vancouver.

The Garden at Cove View is open and spacious to stroll, with flowers, bird feeders, and goldfish ponds.
Enjoy a morning coffee on the front deck overlooking Seymour Mountain or stroll down to Honey's Donuts for mug of something special.
Walk up to the Raven Pub in the evening for a great Steak Dinner or an Ale.

Take the kids to nearby Maplewood Farms Petting Zoo to see the goats, lambs, rabbits and chickens, Or stroll the shores of Burrard Inlet at the Bird Sanctuary on Maplewood mudflats.
On a summer evening take in live music in Panarama Park. Listen to live folk music 3rd Fri of the month at St. Clair In The Park Church on Deep Cove Road.

History buffs will enjoy the Deep Cove Heritage Society with its many old pictures of the Cove.
The Deep Cove Art Gallery displays new shows regularly and has a gift shop featuring local talented artists.
Deep Cove Stage has regular plays in a beautiful new 250 seat theater and upcoming "Panto" show is popular near Christmas. Its sure to please the Kids.


North Vancouver area has many attractions and walking areas like Bayden Powel Trail, Stanley Park, and Ambleside Beach, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Seymour Demonstration Forest,and Rice Lake to name a few.
