Beautiful 2 bedroom plus den home is located in North Venice within the gated community of the Venetian Golf & River Club. The home is newly constructed, completely furnished with granite countertops, jacuzzi in master bath and screened in lanai with BBQ, overlooking a pond and nature preserve. Home is equipped with 4 televisions each with built in VCR and DVD players and new washer and dryer in laundry room. Den is equipped with pull-out double bed and living room with pull-out queen size bed. Master bedroom has queen size mattress and 2nd bedroom equipped with double bed. This home offers the opportunity to enjoy plush living at an affordable price. Includes access to clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, gym, kyacking, restaurants and nature walk trail.

Area Information

The Venetian Golf and River Club is located minutes from I-75, Gulf Coast beaches, historic downtown Venice, shopping, theatres and more. The Venetian offers scenic golf course as well as casual and formal dining. Three beaches nearby include Siesta key, St Armands Circle, and Venice/Nokomis beaches. Downtown Sarasota is only a 20 minute drive as well as the Myaka River State Park. Surrounding airports include Sarasota (25 minutes), Tampa (1 hour) and Orlando (2 hours).
