• Other Fees: Included within the rental rates are: utilities, 11% Florida tourist tax. Not included within the Rental Rates are: Golf Green fees, Exit cleaning fee and River Club Amenities Transfer. For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival there is a fee of $100. There are no refunds for cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival.
