Description of the North Wildwood vacation condo rental

Beautiful,Very Spacious, New Condo
(3 or 4 Bdr. Available) **All rooms are tastefully furnished in new, bright cottage style decor. All rooms are oversized,immaculately clean, and attractive.

Large kitchen with granite countertops,counter w/ stools,pantry,stainless appliances & microwave,plenty of cabinet space,comes fully-equipped w/dishes,utensils,pots & Pans,toaster oven,coffee maker,etc.

Living Room/Dining Room areas are spactious with lots of light. Dining room seats 6, Living room includes queen pull-out sofa. T.V. & VCR in armoire. Area carpets in living room/dining room.

**Wireless Internet Access**

Two Lg. Master Bedrooms (in 4 bdr. units) each with their own private bath. Both have queen size beds & t.v.'s. One bedroom has walk-in-closet, the other a lg. closet with double doors. Third Bedroom has twin beds & t.v. w/walk-in-closet. Fourth Bdr. Suite Style (is also available) located on ground floor w/private full-bath, sitting area, t.v., queen size bed. Nice feature for added privacy.

Laundry room w/full-size washer, dryer & utlity sink.

Large private deck off Mstr. bedroom & living room. Two sets of sliding doors used to enter deck. Deck has table & chairs, & chaise lounges. View of ocean from 4 bdr. units.

* Ceiling Fans throughout, Including deck.

* 9 ft. Ceilings throughout, *Hardwood Floors in living
dining room, & hall. *Tile Flooring in kitchen & bath
rooms. *Carpeting in bedrooms.

beautiful and comfortable . location great. you need to understand the location of 4th bedroom especially if you are on top unit. trash request are alittle too much and extensive cleaning request. lovely place

We had 8 people and 2 babies no one got in anyone's way. Rooms were big enough to put a pack n play in and not fall over it. The condo was beautiful (we enjoyed a few nights just sitting around). Loved the fact that there was a seperate room not attached to the condo. Sam was there if we had any questions.He is a very nice man to deal with.

Our stay was mostly enjoyable. The condo was beautifully decorated and Sam was available if we had any questions or concerns. I do wish the 4th bedroom led to the condo, and not just a separate entrance. (maybe it could state that when describing the unit, that you can not access the rest of the condo). The cabinets where also very limited to pots,glasses and utentils. For $2,700.00 a week a deep cleaning that was required ( using windox on the floors) was alittle extreme. But I could image how some people would leave the place if not so specific about all that needed to be done. Also it did state on the paper to limit long showers so the hot water does not run out, however after 2 people showering for only 8-10 minutes each, everyone else seemed to have to take a cold shower every night. In spite of some minor things, the condo was clean, bedrooms were a good size, location was good, and the fudge left by our door as a thank you for staying there was very much appreciated.
