Come spend a week or two at this new North Wildwood condo located just 500 feet from the beach. This section of North Wildwood features the “short beach”, not the “quarter-mile-to-the water” that makes getting to the water a struggle—especially for families with children or elderly people.

Featuring excellent ocean views from the beautiful 27-foot porch, you will relish the sun in the day and relaxation on the porch at night. Built three years ago, the condo is large and beautiful. It features all new furniture, A/C, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, parking for two cars, and an all new kitchen. It sleeps nine comfortably. We also have two kayaks with paddles/vests, beach chairs, and free wireless internet!

The condo is located in the quiet, residential part of North Wildwood, yet is just a few blocks from the beginning of the boardwalk—giving you the best of both worlds.

A corner lot, the condo is located just 100 feet from the famous Russo’s market and deli. Not only will you have access to great breakfast and sandwiches, but you'll just be a one-minute walk away from all your basic supermarket needs.

A fifteen minute walk in one direction takes you to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk. Fifteen minutes walk the other direction is the exciting nightlife of North Wildwood restaurants and bars. This condo is in the perfect spot, quiet if you choose to just stay where you are and relax on the deck or the beach.
