The condo was great, nicely furnished and clean. The place had a fully equipped kitchen. The location does not get any better, you can park your car and leave it for the stay! We didn't have the best weather, but a great time was had by all!

This second floor condo was clean and spacious. Well maintained. Comfortable couches, full kitchen (including a large table and 6 chairs), two large bedrooms each with two full size beds. TVs with cable in the main room and both bedrooms, alarm clocks, outside seating...it was really nice! My only complaints: the bathroom was a little on the small side (no tub), and there were no closets in the bedrooms. There is one closet in the main room with shelving and a small space for hanging things. The building is just behind the building with the smaller pool, which gives it a little more privacy and is nice and quiet. I will definitely try and get this place again for our trip next year!

SPOTLESS AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND BOARDWALK!

The owner was exceptionally nice and pleasant to deal with before we arrived at his property. His condo was very clean and well kept! It was only a couple of blocks from the beach and the boardwalk and was very quiet in that complex. My son and I had a great time!

Great Location!!! 2.5 blocks to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of room in the condo.. Furniture in good condition.. Kitchen is great condition and everything is supplied for kitchen.. Rugs defianlly need to be replaced, but other than that.. I rate this condo Good. Able to see friday night Fireworks from balcony

My family and me have stayed at Erin Shores in past years. We love the location, 2 pools, grills and convienence of the boardwalk and beach. This year we decided to rent a 2 bedroom condo. This condo was perfect for my family. The owners were very easy to work with. The condo was very clean and it had tons of little extra's to make you feel right at home. We will definetly be back again next summer!!!
