Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom,1 bath, 2nd floor condo located in a very desirable area of North Wildwood. 3 Blocks from the beach and the world famous "Wildwoood Boardwalk
One of NWW's nicest beaches is right at the end of the street with bathrooms at 15th St. beach at the NWW Life Station!!
Unit offers a large furnished deck with a Weber gas grill,padded chairs and table with an umbrella. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, new central air condition and newly decorated living room with a new full size sleeper sofa. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and sleeps two, bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a full bed and sleeps three, bedroom #3 has a full bed and sleeps two. Sleeper sofa also sleeps two for a total of 9 people.
TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo/cd/cassette and internet provided.
There is also 2 off street parking spots.

17th street is a desirable area because you can walk to everything! 3 blocks your on the beach or beginning of the World Famous Boardwalk. One block east is a mini supermarket a variety store and the famous locally known "Samuels Pancake House".
One block to the west is a Pizza shop, a barber shop and "Owens Pub", a favorite locally known Sports Bar that has a terrific menu at very reasonable prices.
But the best thing is your 3 blocks from one of the nicest sections of the Jersey beach! You don't have to walk 300 yards or need binoculars to see the beach here. Its just a few short steps and you set. The North Wildwood Life Saving Station is about 75 yards to the north which offers clean restrooms.

A lot of owners just rent their units and consider them investment properties, not us. We actually hate to have to rent our place because we like to be able to use it all the time! Unfortunately with 2 boys in college that's not possible. With these thoughts in mind we keep our unit as clean and neat as possible and offer you this feature as well. We live here in the off season and work hard to make this condo as clean and comfortable as possible. One thing I can say for sure is you'll notice the cleaness and brightness of this condo.
Now back to business!
The boardwalk offers several theme parks, water parks, go carts,etc... and you can ride the famous "Tram Car" for only $2.00 or get a $5.00 daily pass. Atlantic City is 25 minutes north and Cape May is 15 minutes to the south of us. Cape May offers some of the best fishing either by surf or by boat in the South Jersey area. Even though there is a ton of things to do one of the my favorite things is just relaxing on the deck and just reading a book!
