This 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath 2 floor townhouse comes with a master bedroom with full bath, middle bedroom with a queen, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed-futon, television with a VCR. Their is also a full hall bath and a washer/ dryer on the second floor. The first floor offers a full kitchen stocked with all appliances. The living area offers a pull out couch , gas fire place and TV/DVD/VCR. A covered deck with a bistro set is accessed off the living area. The townhouse has central air and gas forced air heat. The unit offers off street parking. This townhouse was refurbished in 2009 season. New carpeting throughout and paint in all bedrooms.
