Description of the North Woodstock vacation condo rental

This condo is a large, two story, end unit. We have recently updated it making it one of the nicest units in the well kept Alpine Village Resort. You can walk to the quaint, center of North Woodstock and it's shops and restaurants or sit on the back deck overlooking a national forest.

The surroudning area is filled with many activities; skiiing, hiking, biking, fishing, waterpark and scenic drives. We are only minutes to the Kangamangas Highway scenic drive, Loon Mountain, Canon Mountain, The Flume Gorge and the Lost River Canyon.

Renters have the use of the onsite club house; pool, hottub, game room with billiards and more. Club house has computer hookups. Walking to the restaurants and shops of North Woodstock is about 0.5 miles. Our deck is large, private and overlooks national forest making this condo very quiet.

Due to family alergy issues; hope you understand. - $50.00 will be added to the rents quoted for each additional adult couple. * rates may vary on holiday weeks and key summer holidays.

 Lovely Vacation Spot, August 10, 2009

This was a great place with a large, sunny deck. Everything was "as promised" by the owner and he was enjoyable to work with as well. The condo has everything you need and is well taken care of. It is close to all of the sights and activities in the White Mountains. An easy walk to the Town of North Woodstock, swimming, and the village is lovely to walk in as well. I would recommend this place.

We were very happy with this unit. Everything was as advertised. The unit was fully stocked and had all of the listed amenities to make for an enjoyable vacation any time of year. The end unit deck complete with tie-out made bringing our small quiet dog easy. The location is perfect for kids, within a stone's throw of the Alpine Village Clubhouse with pool, hot tub, ping pong, rock climbing wall and game room. It's also near the tennis courts and basketball net. The unit is also set back far enough from the main road to feel comfortable to let kids go out and play or ride bikes, yet close enough to town to walk in to town to shop, dine or enjoy swimming at the town's river park. Finally, Alpine Village is near Franconia State Park and the Kancama(n)gus Highway. There's hiking and natural wonders nearby and plenty of conventional amusements as well. We plan to rent this unit again.

Such a lovely place. All the rooms were clean and fresh. There were 6 people in our group and there was plenty of room for all. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was functional and convienient. The view from the deck was pleasing and restful. Very centrally located. Easy acceess to all points of New Hampshire as well as Vermont and Maine. A lovely place to begin your New England vacation. We highly reccomend this property.
