Description of the North Woodstock vacation condo rental

The deck overlooking the beautiful Pemi river is just one of the amenities of the this spacious and immaculate condo. This tastefully decorated first floor unit offers a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. The new furniture and flooring make it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy time away! Perfect for two couples or families who want the convenience of first floor access. Master bedroom is on one side of the condo with a Queen bed and the bedroom on the other side has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Both rooms have TVs with cable and full bathrooms. Both rooms overlook the woods and river. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and TV/Cable with DVD player. Everything you need for relaxing and enjoyable stay, linens, wood, gas grill and even a washer and dryer! Club house at the resort offers a sandy beach with lake for swimming as well as an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, racquetball courts, recreation room and movie rentals

Walk to towns of Lincoln and North Woodstock or stay at Deer Pak and enjoy the fully equipped, multi million dollar recreation cener! Amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, saune, fitness room, game room, pool table, racquetball, and movie rentals. Deer Park features a spring fed lake for swimming and fishing in the summer and ice skating in the winter. There are several tennis courst as
well.

Just minutes to Loon (free Winter Shuttle to the mountain!), Cannon (7 miles), Waterville Valley (25 minutes), and Bretton Woods (30 minutes). Hundreds of miles of snowmobiling trail! Short drive to a variety of attractions, Clark's Bears, Hobo Railroad, Lost River,
Whales' Tail Water Park, the Flume, Franconia Notch, Echo Lake, the Cog Railway, and many more. Miles of hiking and biking trails right outside your door. Loon Mountain offers a variety of activities including, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing,
ice skating, tubing, rock climbing, gondola rides, horseback riding, mountain biking, skateboard park and concerts.

• Required Stay: two night min
   
• Deposits: Half of the total is due at time of reservation plus a $200 security deposit. Balance is due 60 days before arrival.
   
• Other Fees: Security deposit on two nights is $100, a full week $200. Security deposits are returned within one week of departure assuming unit is left in respectable condition.
