• Deposits: 50% Deposit due upon reservation plus a $200.00 Security deposit, balance due 4 weeks before beginning of rental period.
   
• Other Fees: Security deposit on two nights is $100.00, a full week is $200.00. Security depsoits are returned within one week of departure assuming unit is left in respsctable condition.
