• Required Stay: 4 Nights
   
• Deposits: 50% of total rental fee and a $500.00 refundable security deposit is required within 5 days of reservation confirmation. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival date. Exception: During Christmas, New Years and American Thanksgiving balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If reservation is less then 45 days from booking date full p;ayment is due within 5 days of confirmation. A reservation confirmation and invoice will be sent via email containing all deposit information.
   
• Other Fees: During the low season May 1 - October 31 a $75.00 surcharge per week may be added due to high energy costs. Maid Service is included once a week, additional visits at $50.00 each.
