Our 5th floor luxury condo is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Located in the Playa Royale complex in Nuevo Vallarta, 15 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. Condo includes pak- n- play, high chair and many other items to make the youngsters more comfortable. For the older kids there are plenty of beach toys including a boogie board, dvd's and an xbox. For the adults a 42" hdtv and wireless internet. Hope someone wants to sit on a warm, sunny beach during the holiday.

Description of the Nuevo Vallarta vacation condo rental

Our condo is located in the Playa Royale Complex within Pardise Village only 15 minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta airport.

Playa Royale is a gated community with 24 hour security. The complex is clean and amazingly beautiful.

We have designed our condo to be as child friendly as possible. We have provided a pak-n-play, high chair, bibs, plastic bowls and plates, and a variety of beach toys to keep toddlers entertained.

For the older kids, there are boogie boards, fishing poles, movies, an Xbox and a 42" HDTV.

We provide cable and free wireless internet (in our condo, not in the lobby as other owners advertise).

We remodeled the condo last December with the help of a local interior designer who added a Mexican flair to make the place especially beautiful.

Nuevo Vallarta is located 20 minutes North of downtown Puerto Vallarta on a beautiful 20 mile long stretch of white sand beach.

A short 10 minute walk from Playa Royale will take you to the local mall where you can find dozens of places to eat, a grocery store, coffee, and shopping.
