Cute and cumfortable 180m² home, in the wonderfull landscape of Northern Provence. Very quiet place.
The 80m² central room includes a totally furnished kitchen, a dinning room and a living room with its fireplace.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms.
A 100m² terrasse allows you to enjoy the landscape and to get your meals under the Provence's sun, listening to the locusts and cicadas sing.
Area Description
Located in the hills of Southeast France (Provence), in the heart of the wine area of Cote du Rhône (Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas...) the property is is 15 km from Nyons, 20 km from Vaison la Romaine, 50 km from Montélimar and 120 km from Marseille and Montpellier.
You can go for walks departing right from the house, and observ eagles and vultures. You'll enjoy the warm and sunny climate of the area.
