This is a lovely quiet neighborhood, ideal for young children. The area is relative new with the oldest homes being 20 yrs old and the newest being a year old. One block to the walk and bike path on New York Ave.

Very nice. Kitchen on third floor was hard to manage for my Dad. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely within walking distance to town. Owner very easy to deal with.
