Located at Oak Island Beach Villas in Caswell Beach, NC, the living room and master BR of this first floor unit have breathtaking views of the ocean and you can dine on the balcony. It's fully furnished. The unspoiled white sandy beach is accessed by the walkway over the dunes right next to the condo. There is a counter with pass-through between kitchen and dining for convenience and open feeling.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed over the queen bed and there is a sofabed in the living room. Linens (sheets and towels) and departure cleaning included in weekly rental.

Owner also has a lovely 3 BR/2B ocean view unit on first floor with same amenities in the same complex. Wireless internet, linens and departure cleaning included. Pictures can be emailed. Call or email to reserve

Caswell beach is a family oriented beach with nothing commercial to mar the views of the ocean; however, there are shops, library, restaurants and grocery nearby. There is a fishing pier and 2 restaurants within walking distance from the condo. A swimming pool and children's recreation area are on the premises. It is located right between Wilmington (30 minutes)and Myrtle Beach (45 minutes). The quaint fishing village of Southport with antique shops and many restaurants is 5 miles away.
