The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed over the queen bed and there is a sofabed in the living room. Linens (sheets and towels) and departure cleaning included in weekly rental.

Great get away for a few days at this condo. Pool location and beach access were great. Very welcoming and cozy condo. The week we went in mid May was very uncrowded and restaurants were happy to see us! I would return to this condo again when in the area.

This was a wonderful condo unit. We have stayed in several other condos in this villa and must say this is one of our favorites! The view was excellent and the overall the unit was very clean. The owner was so easy to work with and very accomodating. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Oak Island!

If you are looking for a condo which is clean and well kept we think you will really like this condo. We were disappointed it is not directly facing the water but the cleanliness and good condition of the condo made up for that for us. Next time. we will rent her unit in the 1300 building because we will rent as a couple not with another couple. The owner is a wonderful person. Can't say enough nice things about her. The water in June is so warm and clean, the beach is beautiful. What can I say.
