Just one step inside this beautifully decorated home and you will feel you are somewhere special. Elegant but comfortable, this is the perfect place to have an island vacation. Being just 1 mile from the beach, 1/2 block to the ICW, and only minutes to the boat ramps, fishing piers and golf courses makes this a great location from which to enjoy all that Oak Island has to offer.

The large living room reflects the owner's artistic nature. In addition to a sofa and love seat there are comfortable wicker chairs. There is an entertainment armoire with a 32" cable TV, DVD/CD player, and a tape deck. The owner has left music tapes, DVD's & VHS tapes for you to enjoy. In the trunk in the dining area you will find many board games, cards, and puzzles making this a great place to relax and have fun!

Three comfortable bedrooms easily accommodate a family group. The spacious Master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. In addition to a king size bed and large dresser the room also has an entertainment armoire with a 27" cable TV with a VCR and DVD player. The other 2 bedrooms share a large bath with a tub/shower. One room has a queen-size bed, writing desk and a comfortable reading corner with a wicker rocking chair. The twin bedroom is perfect for teens or younger children or for anyone requiring separate beds.

Outside there are several large oak and pine trees that provide ample shade for the covered porch as well as the entire house. Rocking chairs are provided for the porch---great for relaxing in while enjoying your morning cup of coffee.

Oak Island is for people that are tired of over crowded beaches with high rise condos. The island provides great beaches with ample free parking beach access points. The houses are set well back from the beach and there are numerous sand dunes and sea oats separating the beach from the houses. Nancy's Harbor is located in a completely residential section of the island near the InterCoastal Waterway and just 1 mile from the ocean.
While the area around Nancy's Harbor is quiet and secluded it is a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. Southport is just off the island about 10 minutes away and Wilmington is only 30 minutes away.
